We’re so excited to get your dress to you! Here’s how it works: once a week, we gather all orders, process them, and send them out with care. This allows us to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently for you.

Shipping typically takes 12 to 26 days from the time your order is processed, so sit back, relax, and get ready to receive your beautiful dress! We promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your dress, but if it’s not quite what you hoped for, no worries! You have two weeks from the day you receive it to return or exchange it.

For returns, simply send the dress back to us (return shipping is your responsibility).

If you’d like to exchange it for another dress, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send the new dress your way—you just handle the return shipping for the original.
